It allows us to deliver reliable service with reduced administrative overhead—and ensures your brochures stay front and centre where it counts.​


1. Service Overview

We offer professional brochure display and distribution services across North Queensland. Our team regularly maintains displays across a curated network of high-traffic venues to ensure consistent exposure for your marketing material.


2. Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless otherwise stated.

Annual pricing is only available to customers who commit to a 12-month term. 

Flexible monthly options are available at a higher rate.

3. Subscription Options

Annual Subscription (Preferred)

Annual subscriptions are invoiced once per year with 30-day payment terms. Structured payment arrangements may be considered at our discretion. This model reduces administration and supports service continuity for all parties.


Month-to-Month Subscription

Month-to-month plans are available at a higher monthly rate and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. No discounted pricing is applied to this plan.


Part-Service Arrangements

Where brochure stand capacity is limited or usage is otherwise non-standard, we may offer tailored pricing and display coverage. These arrangements are case-by-case and must be agreed in writing.


4. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are issued annually with 30-day payment terms, unless structured payment terms have been arranged at our discretion.
  • Late payment may result in removal from displays until the account is brought up to date.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Annual subscriptions require 30 days’ notice to cancel. No refunds apply for early termination unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Month-to-month customers must also provide 30 days’ notice of cancellation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel service if terms are breached or if payment is not received within a reasonable period.


6. Display Coverage Guarantee

We maintain brochure displays across more than 60 locations. While we aim for consistent restocking and high visibility, actual exposure may vary depending on seasonal traffic, site-specific factors, or temporary disruptions.


7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure brochures are supplied in sufficient quantity and on time.
  • Invoice payment terms must be adhered to, late payment may incur interest fees applied
  • Additional fees may apply for urgent pickups, short notice restocks, or storage if stock is not collected or delivered as arranged.


8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. All changes will be published on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
